	Either screw or glue the pvc channel into place and then allow for the 10mm expansion/contraction gap either side of the channel before installing your floor.
	Once the two floors are in place, press the 'T' section into the channel. Ensure that there are no gaps between the top of the floor and the underside of the bars of the 'T' section and don't forget to leave the 10mm expansion/contraction gap either side of the stem of the 'T'. Your floor must be allowed to move freely under the 'T' section once it is in place.
	Alternatively, you can do without the pvc channel. Apply a bead of Griptite to the sub-floor and then press the 'T' section firmly into place. Ensure that there are no gaps between the top of the floor and the underside of the bars of the 'T' section. Don't forget the 10mm expansion gap either side of the stem of the 'T'.
